Tiara
Tiara is a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT). She received her bachelor’s degree in Community Psychology with an emphasis on African American studies from Saint Cloud State University and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Tiara has a relational approach to therapy and uses modalities such as; solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and emotionally focused therapy. She has experience working with teens and families, foster care and adoption, complex trauma, and issues around culture and spirituality. Tiara is trained in EMDR and trauma-informed care. She is accredited by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health and a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT). In her free time, she likes making art, traveling, reading, hanging out with friends, and attending concerts and comedy shows.
