As a therapist, I like to make the process of change less challenging for people by making therapy about making a connection with someone, and providing a safe, supportive environment. Healing is a chance to look at the story we are living in and rewrite the parts that don't fit anymore. As a Family Therapist, I am trained to look at the whole system. I thrive at working with diverse clientele. I utilize Narrative therapy, Experiential Techniques, Play, Music, Art Therapies and a collection of eclectic options to help clients learn and master effective skills to improve their personal life and their relationships with loved ones. My main goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, supportive environment for us to look at your story and what you need to heal. I have been providing therapy for over 14 years (13 years in Native communities, over 5 years in private practice.) I studied at Psychology and cultural Studies at Arizona State. I returned to ASU for My Masters Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy. I have trained in Storyplay©, Level 1 Gottman Couples Therapy, and TF-CBT.
I am Originally from Ohio. I am married, We have 3 boys, I love music, reading and The Ohio State Buckeyes.
